Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Logilan, we work hard to ensure every order is packed with care and shipped promptly.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivered Packages
When a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Logilan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. This includes situations where packages are left with neighbors, building offices, mailrooms, or secure locations.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Logilan cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated or your package appears lost before being marked as delivered, please contact us and we will gladly assist with a carrier investigation.
